How long will it take to post my job and for it to be approved?
It takes between 10-20 minutes to add and post a job ready to be approved.
Once your job has been posted, there are two stages of approval; at the CareerHub Central level and at the university level:
- CareerHub Central staff will either approve your job for distribution onto our network or contact you in the event of any issues with your job posting; This usually takes 2-3 business hours.
- Distribution to the universities occurs on the hour and takes anywhere between 1 hour up to 2 business days for each individual university to approve the job for students to view.
You can monitor the progress of your job approval and distribution by logging into your CareerHub Central account, clicking on your job and View Publish Details
