The short answer is ‘no’.
Once a job is published to the universities and approved by them, the data essentially becomes the ‘property’ of each university’s job board with access only by the careers service staff.
When you publish a new job, it appears at the top of the job board, but there is no way employers can then intervene to refresh jobs in order that they stay at the top.
Jobs on CareerHub job boards are viewable in order of the dates they are published. However all jobs stay active and viewable until the specified closing date.
All text submitted as part of a job’s details is formatted and branded as per each university’s CareerHub job board.
And jobs are intelligently matched with any student or grad candidates who meet your study area selection criteria, so they receive notifications.
All other students and grads can browse freely for any jobs posted on their university’s job board.
Some university careers offices even go so far to distribute extra information about incoming jobs in their newsletter communications.
We encourage you to use CareerHub Central to make recruiting students and graduates easier, so let us know if you have any questions when it comes to your own job publishing. 1300 852 112
