An employer recently asked why a particular uni could not see their registered details on CareerHub Central.
The uni in question had recently joined the CareerHub network so did not have jobs posted to it before it became a network member.
If you find your organisation to be not visible by any CareerHub uni, it could be because you have not yet posted any jobs to it. But there are a few things you can do to improve your visibility:
- Click View Publish Details on any expired job in your job posting summary. There you’ll find a record of all the unis that received your job. If Client Manager is activated on your employer account, make sure you check the job posting details for any clients you manager in your account;
- Next time you post a job, make sure you include any yet undealt with unis so they have an opportunity to approve you as an employer and subsequently have your details on file;
- If you need a particular uni to see your details today, we can manually push out your employer details to relevant careers office, but you need to call us on 1300 852 112;
- If you did post a job to a uni and they subsequently rejected your job, your organisation may still remain unapproved at that institution, so check your approvals on any job previously posted to make sure nothing is ‘pending’ in the pipeline.
And, as always, if it’s easier to seek our help over the phone, please call us on 1300 852 112.
